Super 23 Royale is a top down, last man standing, vehicle shooter, set in an apocalyptic world. There are three planned modes.
This is a more ambitious project than my previous games. More (larger) levels, player (vehicle) selection, customisation, multiple game modes.
I've been focussing on game play development, with the help of a tool I developed to save scenes as data for a smaller file size. A post about that is available here.
The main assets utilised in Super 23 Royale are:
Arcade Vehicle Controller Link — I'm using my own vehicle controller for the movement.
A* Pathfinding Project Pro Link — Fast, reliable, AI pathfinding.
Ethreal URP Volumetric Lighting Link — Unfortunately URP (currently) doesn't have Volumetric Lighting built in, I wanted a "godray" on the main menu and this asset solved that easily.
That Hurt Link - A quick and easy way to add damage floaties to your game.
